*SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY*

Takes effect from May to the end of September (could possibly go through October depending on temperatures around the country). We will only be shipping products containing wax Monday through Thursday to avoid your candle being left in a hot truck over the weekend and potentially arriving to you melted or in bad condition. Thank you for understanding.

Kimi's Custom Candles is not responsible for any delays that may be due to USPS or UPS handling. So, time frames are not guaranteed but there will be tracking provided to you.

*RETURN POLICY*

We will accept an exchange or return if it's within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
